In the dimly lit space of NOMUS, guests experienced the heightened functioning of their senses, focusing on the texture of dishes, the structure of food, resonating sounds, and aromas.
The dishes were created under the guidance of Karina Marusińska by students from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. The menu was curated by members of the "Food Think Tank" Foundation.
The event was hosted at Nomus, a branch of the National Museum in Gdańsk.
