The President of the "Food Think Tank" Foundation acted as the protagonist in the project, engaging in research, analysis, development, implementation, and testing of the project in their respective countries. The project was created by a group of organizations (CEFAL, SCF, AZRRI: Agency for the Development of Rural Areas of the Istria Region, Istria Region) as a continuation of the collaboration experiences between Italy and Croatia that began in 2006.
