The project aimed to organize a ceremonial dinner consisting of at least 70% of products from the orchard and 90% of products processed by fire.
In the specially built field kitchen for this occasion, cooking methods such as underground cooking, drying, baking, smoking, grilling, and sheet cooking were employed. The challenge was to simplify the processing of products to the maximum by resorting to traditional methods. The same principle applied to the making of ceramic dishes. The dinner took place in the Żórawina village near Wrocław in September 2014.
